Right of Withdrawal
Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the product is delivered to you or a third party you have designated. Notifying us of your withdrawal within this period is sufficient; you then have a further 10 days to return the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, fill in the Withdrawal Form below and send it to us using the contact details below, or contact us with a clear written statement. Your request is processed from the moment it reaches us.

Return Conditions
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, carry their original tags, and not be damaged in a way that prevents resale. Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for withdrawal, or the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds
Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice reaching us, the product price — including any shipping cost — is refunded using the original payment method. Return shipping is covered by us.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or personalized, or to products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons. This exclusion does not apply to MAAIË's standard ready-to-wear collection.
