Distance Sales Agreement

Subject of the Agreement
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product the Buyer has ordered electronically through the Seller's website.
Ordering and Payment
An order is completed once the product(s) are added to the cart, delivery and billing details are entered, and the payment step is confirmed. All prices include VAT. Payment is collected by credit or debit card through the 3D Secure virtual POS system of the Seller's contracted bank. Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.
Delivery
Products are handed to the courier within 1–3 business days of order confirmation; delivery time varies by region (see our Shipping & Returns page). Shipping cost is included in the product price — no separate shipping fee is charged to the Buyer.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason and without penalty. See our Right of Withdrawal page for how and under what conditions this right may be exercised.
General Provisions
Product images and descriptions are provided for information purposes; the Seller is not liable for minor color variation arising from screen differences. In the event of stock or pricing errors, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade, or otherwise the Istanbul Consumer Courts.
